Banh Mi Turkey meatballs, thanks Kikkoman got inspiring this one!!

Our favorite recipe from our Kikkoman Party was taking their recipe for Banh Mi burgers and turning it into Turkey Meatballs.

I used 3 lb of ground turkey and doubled the recipe.

I added in the chopped pickled carrots and jalapenos that they were going to have you use to dress the burgers and 2 eggs for binding.

Its going to seem kind of pasty but they firm up quick when cooked. No one believed they were turkey.

The real magic behind these though is the dipping sauce we used-

3 Kikkoman sauces- Sweet & Sour , sriracha mayo and their Sweet Thai Chili.

Then we Mixed & Matched them!

These are a great toothpick/finger food for parties!
